Your Inbox just got a major upgrade — redesigned to give PMs and team leads complete control and visibility over request handling.
Now, in addition to the classic Inbox view, you can switch between Validated and Declined tabs — with full context. For each Declined request, you’ll now see the reason and supporting description selected by the reviewer.
🧭 New Filters, Saved Views, and Team Insights
Add filters like Product Area, Business Name, Priority, Customer, and Pending Requests
Keep the “Me” and “Owners” filters, and replace “Unassigned” with a smarter owner-level filter
Save your own filter presets — so you can jump back to your custom views anytime

You can now tailor the New Evidence submission form in Salesforce to match your team’s workflow.

You can now add a custom, editable date attribute to Ideas — perfect for tracking deadlines, release targets, or internal milestones.

If your Delivery Item is connected to Engineering, you can now choose which status gets shown to the GTM teams (in the Salesforce App or Chrome Extension).
This is especially useful when PMs and Engineers use different parallel statuses — like when Engineering is still working, but PM already considers it “Ready to Deliver.”
