You can now switch to the new Evidence Table view from within Customer 360 using the toggle at the top of the page.
This new tabular view lets you easily review all requests, feedback, and evidence items submitted by a specific customer — even when they come from different apps and sources (e.g. Salesforce, Chrome Extension, Inbox, etc.).

Quickly scan what a customer is asking for, what’s already been assigned to Ideas, and what’s still pending. Sort, search, and filter across columns like Priority, Product Area, PM Owner, and more — all in one place.
