🧩 Create Sub-Ideas from Themes

You can now create a Sub-Idea directly from a Theme inside the Idea view.

Click the “+” icon on a Theme, adjust the title and description if needed, and Bagel will create a new Sub-Idea based on that Theme.
Relevant evidence connected to the Theme will move to the new Sub-Idea, helping break large Ideas into more focused initiatives.

Phase 1 (Live now):
Create Sub-Ideas from Themes with title, description, and relevant evidence.

Phase 2 (Coming soon):
Sub-Ideas will appear alongside Themes in the parent Idea, and evidence will be automatically separated between the parent and its Sub-Ideas.

Phase 3 (Coming soon):
You’ll be able to choose whether to convert a Theme into a Sub-Idea or a standalone Idea..

🔌Automatic Unlink of Deleted Delivery Items

If a delivery item connected to an Idea is deleted in the external system (e.g. Jira, Productboard, Airtable, etc.), Bagel will now automatically remove the link.

This prevents outdated delivery statuses from appearing on Ideas and keeps roadmap tracking accurate.

🔗 Shareable Evidence Links — For Everyone

You can now generate and share a direct Bagel link to any Evidence or Request — regardless of its state.

The link will automatically redirect users to the right place based on their role:

  • PMs/Admins → Inbox or Idea view (as today)

  • GTM users → Customer 360 (Evidence table), with the specific evidence opened in the side panel

We’ve also added a “Copy Link” option directly inside:

  • Salesforce / Chrome Extension (GTM flow)

  • Customer 360 Evidence panel

📅 New “Created At” Filter in the Inbox

You can now filter Inbox items by their Created At date — aligned with the same behavior available on the Main Ideas page.

SLA & Escalation Notifications for Formal Requests

We’ve added automated notifications for Formal Requests to ensure timely follow-up:

  • Request Response Overdue – The request owner is notified when the SLA is exceeded.

  • Request Response Escalation – If no action is taken after X days, the Domain Owner is notified.

This helps ensure formal requests are handled on time and properly escalated when needed.

👥 New Role: GTM Manager

We’ve introduced a new GTM Manager role — and renamed the former “Agent” role to GTM.

The GTM Manager has full Manager-level visibility, but with limited edit permissions:

  • Can view all Ideas

  • Cannot edit Idea details

  • Cannot delete or archive Ideas

This creates a clean separation between product ownership and GTM visibility — giving leaders access without impacting roadmap control.

📈 Post-Release Evidence Analysis

You can now filter and display evidences that were created after an Idea’s release date.

A new filter and column help you quickly identify post-release feedback — so you can track adoption signals, spot new gaps, and monitor impact after launch.

💬 Slack Integration – Product Gaps Captured Automatically

Bagel now analyzes Slack channels and automatically extracts product gaps from conversations.

  • For customer-dedicated channels, feedback is captured and turned into structured evidence in Bagel.

  • You can now also connect multi-customer channels — Bagel’s AI identifies the customer mentioned in each message and links the feedback to the correct organization.

This ensures valuable product signals from Slack conversations are captured and connected to the right customers automatically.
