🗂️ Sub-Pages + Admin View Controls
You can now create and manage Sub-Pages — a new way to organise views by teams, focus areas, or customer segments.
1. Sub-Pages Are Here
Admins can now create sub-pages directly from the UI to group and manage content around specific filters (like domains, product areas, or regions).
Each sub-page is fully customizable and provides teams with a focused workspace tailored to their needs.
2. Default Filters for Sub-Pages
When setting up a sub-page, Admins can define default filters (e.g., Domain = X). These filters:
Are automatically applied across all tabs and saved views within the sub-page
Are shown as fixed labels (can’t be removed)
Combine with tab/view filters using AND logic
For example, “My Ideas” will show your ideas from Domain X
3. Admin Control Over Views
When Admins create or edit a view, they now have two key options:
Visible to all – Makes the view accessible to all users
Visible in sub-pages – Displays the view in one or more sub-pages
Only Admins can control these settings. Team members will see the options but not be able to modify them.
These enhancements make it easier to structure workspaces around how your teams operate, and ensure everyone sees the most relevant information where they need it.
📂 Open Ideas in a New Tab from the Ideas Page
You can now open ideas in a new browser tab directly from the Ideas list.
Just hover over an idea row to reveal a new icon. Clicking it will open the idea in a separate tab, making it easier to review or compare multiple ideas side by side—without losing your place.
👥 Dev Team Field for Product Areas
You can now assign a Dev Team to each Product Area—giving better visibility and control over team ownership across your product structure.
What’s included:
A new Dev Teams section is available in the Product Area settings
Each Product Area can now be linked to a specific Dev Team
A new Dev Teams filter is available on the Ideas page to help PMs and leaders group ideas by team responsibility
When a Dev Team is changed, the Product Area owner will automatically update to match the owner of the selected Dev Team
