You can now merge duplicate Ideas into a single Ideaâwithout losing any customer context.
Simply open the three-dot menu, select Merge Idea, and choose the Idea you want to merge into. Bagel will automatically combine the descriptions, move all related evidence to the selected Idea, and remove the duplicate.
This makes it easy to consolidate overlapping requests while keeping all customer feedback and history in one place.

Meet the new Validation Helper â an AI-powered assistant designed to help you validate Ideas faster.
With a single click, Bagel analyzes all unvalidated evidence connected to an Idea and automatically groups it into three categories:
Fully Addressed â The request is completely covered by the Idea and is ready for validation.
Partially Addressed â The Idea covers part of the request, but some aspects are still missing.
Not Addressed â The request is outside the scope of the current Idea and may belong elsewhere.
Review the AI reasoning, drill into the supporting evidence, and validate all fully addressed evidence in bulkâmaking Idea validation faster, more consistent, and backed by AI.
