We've expanded the Sub-Idea experience to make it easier to organize related work.

You can now create Sub-Ideas from scratch, convert an existing Idea into a Sub-Idea, or create a Sub-Idea directly from a Theme. Parent-child relationships are now visible throughout Bagel, with clear indicators in the Ideas table and direct links between parent Ideas and their Sub-Ideas from the Idea view.

This gives you a much clearer way to break down large initiatives while keeping related work connected.

You can now associate a single request with multiple customers directly from the Chrome Extension.

Instead of creating the same request multiple times, simply select all the relevant customers when submitting feedback. Bagel will link the request to each customer, ensuring the impact is reflected across all affected accounts while keeping everything in a single request.

You can now create more powerful views using AND / OR filter logic across the Ideas page.

Build advanced filters by combining multiple conditions, then save them as custom views for quick access. This gives you much greater flexibility to organize your backlog and quickly surface the Ideas that matter most to your team.

You can now update an Idea's Status and Owner directly from the Ideas table—no need to open the Idea first.

Simply click the relevant field, make your changes, and Bagel will save them instantly. This makes it much faster to keep your backlog organized and up to date.
