Salesforce integration allows companies to deepen their understanding of customer needs by connecting solutions, epics, ideas, and requests to Salesforce accounts, opportunities, evidence, and cases (i.e. evidence). Integrate Salesforce to connect sales data with your evidence library.

  • Accounts – Link evidence back to customer accounts to demonstrate value.

  • Opportunities - Surface evidence from opportunity notes, competitor mentions, lost reasons, and more.

  • Users/Contacts – Provide context on who is requesting or submitting evidence, tied directly to an account.

  • Cases (optional) – Pull in case information if your team wants to include customer support records.

​You have both oauth2 & API Key options for connections the integration.

Option A - Integrate with oath2

  1. On Authentication Method choose - "OAuth 2.0"

  2. Insert your domain name to "Salesforce Domain" box.
    { Only the XXXXX part in https://XXXXX.my.salesforce.com }
    "OAuth URL" link will be created based on your domain name.

  3. Click "Connect with Salesforce" and press "Allow".

Option B - Integrate with API Key

  1. On Authentication Method choose - "API Key"

  2. Insert your domain name to "Domain" box.
    { Only the XXXXX part in https://XXXXX.my.salesforce.com }

  3. Insert your API Key.

  4. Click "Connect with API Key".
