Triage, dedupe, and route incoming requests; link them to ideas and keep submitters automatically in the loop.

Goal: turn GTM feedback into clear, linked, and communicated product decisions.

What lands here

  • Requests from Sales/CS/Support

  • Each request is auto-enriched with account, ARR, segment, and usage context.

What Bagel AI does automatically

  • Dedupes & clusters similar requests, links to existing Ideas when possible.

  • Routes by product area/owner, flags urgency (deal breaker, commit date, ARR at risk, open deal value).

  • Surfaces impact: number of customers, total ARR, pipeline value, adoption signals, trend.

PM workflow

  1. Decide

    • If promising, link to an existing Idea or promote to a new Idea for Prioritization.

    • If not aligned, mark Declined with rationale and tags (e.g., “not in ICP,” “security constraint”).

  2. Communicate (auto-notify requesters & AE/CS owner)

    • Approved/Planned: “Thanks for raising this. We’ve linked it to [Idea] and it’s now Planned. We’ll share milestones as we progress.”

    • Declined/Not planned: “Appreciate the request. After review, this isn’t on our near-term roadmap due to [reason]. We’ll keep tracking interest and update if that changes.”

    • Need more info: “Could you share the customer’s workflow, blockers, and urgency (renewal/ARR)? A quick note helps us size impact.”

  3. Triage

    • Bagel AI makes the triage automatically. If needed set a new product owner/ product area that should be related to the request.

  4. Prioritize

    • Open the idea and see all evidences attached to it with the impact goals based views (Upsell, Churn Risk, Deal-Blockers). Monitor outcomes (adoption lift, ARR saved/unlocked, win-rate change) via Views/Subpages.

    • Set the status that reflect your upcoming roadmap.

  5. Track & close the loop

    • When work ships, Bagel auto-updates all submitters and affected accounts with release notes and status changes.
