Jira is a project management tool that helps teams track tasks, manage workflows, and collaborate on projects. With business context and revenue tied to product features, optimized workflows, and full transparency, teams build the most impactful products and go-to-market can deliver value faster and close more deals by staying on top of their customer needs.

Benefits

  • Easily tap into VOC blind spots (i.e. Salesforce, Gong, Zendesk, Intercom, Slack, etc.) at issue level to ensure no customer pain goes unnoticed

  • Data-driven decision making: tying $ impact and customer context to product features automatically, while also considering timing, and commitments to customers during every step of the PDLC

  • Reduce the number of duplicated requests and back-and-forth questions from go-to-market teams

  • Enhanced stakeholder alignment across the company, facilitating information sharing, coordination, and better customer outcomes.

Bagel & Jira work together on two levels:

1) API integration (oauth2)

This integration allows companies to deepen their understanding of customer needs and align stakeholders with product updates by connecting requests and evidence (i.e. accounts, opportunities, cases, call transcripts) from the VOC stack to solutions, epics, and ideas in Jira.

2) Bagel application (a plugin to Jira):

Bagel AI Assistant provides real-time product suggestions to ensure no customer pain goes unnoticed, easily surface additional customer evidence for existing Jira issues, and automatically tie each issue to revenue & business context so that roadmap and execution is geared towards business impact.
