This oauth2 integration allows companies to deepen their understanding of customer needs and align stakeholders with product updates by connecting requests and evidence (i.e. accounts, opportunities, cases, call transcripts) from the VOC stack to solutions, epics, and ideas in Jira.
Add a Jira integration
1) Click on your avatar on the top-right side of your screen
2) Select settings
3) Select integrations on the left menu
4) Click on the '+' icon to the right of Jira, where you will find a step-by-step process on integrating your Bagel account with Jira.
Follow the step-by-step guide
Step 1: Connect your Jira account
a) Click on Authorize (you'll be directed into a new tab and be asked to allow Bagel to access your Jira account. Click Allow)
Step 2: Lists
a) Under the Lists tab you will select the projects necessary for Ideas and Solutions.

b) Click on save
Step 3: Import
Once everything is set, click on Import to save and complete the integration process
