Bagel AI provides real-time product suggestions to ensure no customer pain goes unnoticed, easily surface products requests to product teams, and automatically tie each request to revenue & business context so that roadmap is geared towards impact.

In addition, the plugin provides real-time visibility into the product pipeline and progress of each request, so that reps can keep their customers informed and close the loop at lightning speed.

Install the Bagel application

For your convenience a recorded video of this step by step guide

1) Install package with the following link

2) Login into Salesforce account with your credentials.

Note:
If login fails, try replacing the beginning of the URL link above (https://login.salesforce.com/) with your actual company sub-domain used for Salesforce (format should be -https://mysubdomain.my.salesforce.com/)

3) Select "install for all users", mark the checkbox, and click install

Configure app permissions

'Installed Packages' page will open directly once app installation is completed


​4) Click the App Manager at the left bar & find "Bagel" under App Name column

5) Click the drop down box and select manage

6) Click "Edit Policies" at the top of the page.
​7) Select Admin approved users are pre-authorized under 'OAuth Policies' section, in "Permitted Users" drop down.

8) Click on save

9) Select "Manage Profiles" under 'Profiles' section, and checkmark all profiles for bagel app.

1) Enter into an account in Salesforce
​2) Click on the gear wheel at the top right of the page

3) Click "Edit Page" to start adding visual of bagel app.

4) Click on the main full board

5) Add a new tab

6) Select "Custom" in the 'Tab Label'

7) Write "Bagel" in the 'Custom Label' box

8) Select the "Bagel" tab

9) Drag the "Visualforce" option in the left side bar into bagel tab area.

10) Select the "Bagel App" inside the "Bagel" tab and Set the "Height" to 900
